It is brought to the notice of all
residents that the Electricity and maintenance bills are being delivered to the
flats as a courtesy by the management.
Therefore, non-receipt of bills will not be entertained as an excuse for
non-payment of dues or waiver of penalties for late payments.
Residents are encouraged to get
their email id registered with the society office so that bills can be
delivered to them by email. For those
who have already registered their email ids bills are being sent by mail as
soon as they get generated in the system.
In case of non-receipt of
Electricity bills by 5th of the month and Maintenance bills by 8th
of the month the residents are requested to approach the society office during
working hours (10 am to 6 pm) and get a copy of the bill.
All residents are also requested to
ensure payment of electricity bills by 10th of the month and
Maintenance by 15th of the month to avoid late payment charges and
Disruption of PNG supply on 9th Oct 2017
The MC wishes to inform you
that the supply of PNG to flats in our society will be disrupted from 13:00 hr
to 18:00 hr due to planned maintenance work by Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL) in
our society on Monday 9th October 2017.
Residents are requested to
plan their activities accordingly.

Parked at Unamarked Places
It has been observed that a lot of cars are being
parked in the society at inappropriate places like in front of community Hall /
C Block, side of A block etc i.e. in areas which have not been earmarked for
parking. Despite repeated warnings and notices the practice has not been
stopped. It appears these are cars which do not have authorized parking space
from the society and hence are illegally parked in the society or are being
parked intentionally. Management has taken a serious view of the same and it is
requested to kindly get proper parking space allotted for your car from the

Control (P) Ltd”. But as informed by the company this arrangement just
arrests fresh entry of termites but those already up the walls cannot be
stopped with this and the flats have to be treated individually. We have
recently seen termite infections even on 10th floor flats of the
above company usually quotes Rs. 4,000/- +GST p.a for one year AMC per flat,
with four quarterly services. After initial negotiation the company agreed for
a discount for our Society Flats i.e.Rs.2,500/-
+ 18% GST, which comes to Rs. 2,950/-
(Minimum 50 Flats in society). MC
hopes to further negotiate the same if we get a good number of residents
agreeing for the same.

A lot of cars are observed in the society without stickers, which is making vehicle management really difficult.
Hence w.e.f. Sunday i.e. 23.9.2018 no vehicle without valid stickers will be allowed entry. Members are requested in their own interest & for society discipline to ensure use of new yellow coloured society stickers on their vehicle.
Rules for parking
1.Each resident is required to submit a self
attested photo copy of RC of the vehicle(s). Vehicles not registered in the
resident’s name shall not be issued with the Society vehicle sticker and shall
not be permitted to be parked in the Society premises. Residents are requested
to submit the photocopy of the RC to the Manager by 10 October 2018.
2.One open parking free of charge shall be
provided to each flat owner/ tenant
3.Second and third car parking will be charged
at the rate of Rs.300 and Rs.700 per month respectively. More than 03 cars per
flat are not permitted due to restricted parking space.
4.Vehicles are to be parked in the allotted
parking space. A fine of Rs.100 per day shall be imposed on vehicles found
outside the authorized parking space.
5.Guest parking slots are not be used by

Annual General Body Meeting
