Col KS Chaudhry (Retd), an alumnus of Indian Military Academy, Dehra Dun and a B-Tech from Thapar College has had 28 years of illustrious carrier with the Indian Army. Post retirement, he has worked as Project Manager and had also been Consultant to various projects, before becoming an active member of the Management Committee since Jan 2017. He along with other members of the Management Committee has been instrumental in planning and executing various projects within Garden Estate for improving the living conditions of the residents. Academically being an Engineer he has an eye for detail to foresee any issue and address it in a systematic manner.

Col. K.K. Pant (Retd.), before taking on as Vice President of the Management Committee of Garden Estate has had served for 33 years in the Indian Army post graduating from Indian Military Academy, Dehra Dun. He has been a member of the Management Committee since Jan 2017. As a Vice President he has been aptly supporting the Management Committee in its proper functioning. He has been instrumental in ensuring that the parking inside the society complex runs flawless.

Col. Ajay Kapoor (Retd.), an alumnus of National Defense Academy and Indian Military Academy followed by M-Tech from IIT Mumbai, had served in the Indian Army for 33 years. He has been an active member of the Management Committee since Jan 2017. He has ensured the general upkeep and smooth functioning of various services within the society. He has been actively involved with all the society affairs and has played a vital role in introducing new initiatives for the betterment of the society.

Mrs. Rajni Behl, a banker by profession, post having served for 23 years with a famous Nationalized Bank, has been aptly appointed as the Treasurer of the society since Jan 2017. Academically, she holds a Bachelor's Degree in Education and Science. She has ensured that through her acumen she channelizes the society funds in the best direction ensuring speedy completion of tasks. She has also ensured that all the documentations pertaining to society are updated and transparent.

Mr. Vineet Bhatnagar a resident of Garden Estate has been an integral part of the Management Committee since Jan 2017. Although being a working professional, he has been whole heartedly extending his support in all the activities undertaken by the Management Committee. His valuable inputs have many a times helped the Management Committee in arriving at an informed decision.

Mr. Gaurav Arora, has been an active member of the Management Committee of Garden Estate since Jan 2017. Being a working professional with an IT conglomerate, he manages to sneak out some quality time for managing society affairs. With his experience he has been helping the Management Committee in opening up and exploring various new options for the overall benefit of the society and its residents.
